On the presentation we presented te results of the usertests and the choices we made for the production processes and materials of the different parts in DIY context, small and medium batch, and mass production.

• Small-medium: Thermoformed polypropylene which is then CNC milled

• Small-medium batch: CNC cutted felt
• Mass production: Injection molded polypropylene

Panels:

• DIY: Multiplex + cork sheet sawn to shape, holes are drilled
• Small-medium batch: Perforated steel sheet with a whiteboard coating
• Mass production: Perforated steel sheet with a whiteboard coating

Plugs:

• DIY: 3D-Printed Nylon / ABS / TPU (FDM-Printer)
• Small-medium batch: 3D-Printed Nylon (SLS-Printer)
• Mass production: Injection molded Nylon
